After completing the necessary training, all of the Partners and Staff have been granted the title of Associate Members of The Guild of Professional Estate Agents – the UK’s most prestigious network of independent agents, to which Cole Rayment & White are delighted to count themselves as esteemed members. Each office is carefully selected on the basis of their professionalism and commitment to the highest standards of service.
To pass the examination, candidates are required to demonstrate a thorough knowledge and understanding of; The Estate Agency Act 1979, The Property Misdescriptions Act 1991, The Property Ombudsman Scheme, Money Laundering, Data Protection, Cooling Off, and EPC legislation, as well as covering sound principles in estate agency practice.
